I did click on to last year's post, and noted your dilemma about "Patty" or "Paddy." In today's post of "You Don't Say," written by John McIntyre of the Baltimore Post, he points out that it has to be "Paddy" as "Patty" is the feminine form of the word. "Paddy" is the masculine. I'm glad it was a sunny day this year. Makes it all the more fun.
